The French luxury brand is intensifying its involvement in Formula 1 and is taking on the title partnership of the legendary street race in the principality for the first time.


Louis Vuitton has announced a multi-year collaboration as title sponsor of the "Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix De Monaco“ will be announced in 2026.”

The partnership marks a new high point in the existing cooperation between the traditional company and the premier class of motorsport.

Connections to Monaco are strengthened

The French luxury brand already looks back on a successful partnership with the Automobile Club de Monaco, which existed from 2021 to 2024.

Louis Vuitton has been an official partner of Formula 1 since 2025. With this title partnership, the company underlines its long-term commitment to the most prestigious race on the racing calendar.

At previous Monaco Grand Prix races, Louis Vuitton already presented the specially designed Trophy Trunk, which stores and showcases the winning trophy.

Winners Max Verstappen (2021 and 2023), Sergio Pérez (2022), Charles Leclerc (2024) and Lando Norris (2025) received their trophies from this distinctive suitcase.

Craftsmanship and motorsport

In 2026, Louis Vuitton will present the Monaco Grand Prix Trophy Trunk for the sixth consecutive year. Crafted in the historic workshops in Asnières near Paris, the trunk combines over 170 years of craftsmanship and travel culture.

The iconic Monogram canvas appears in an exclusive shade of red, reflecting the national color of the principality. The signature "V" for Vuitton and Victory is rendered in white and red – a nod to the Monegasque flag.

Throughout the entire race weekend, Louis Vuitton will also be present along the track with specially designed banners.

These reinterpret the brand signature and convey the speed of Formula 1, while simultaneously reflecting the timeless elegance of the house on the legendary street circuit.
