Record title after exciting season finale

The decision for the 2025 World Championship title wasn't made until the season finale in Saudi Arabia. Over eleven races, the exceptional French driver collected six victories and stood on the podium a total of ten times.

With his ninth title, Ogier solidified his position as one of the most successful rally drivers of all time.

Toyota therefore presented a prototype of the “GR Yaris Sébastien Ogier 9x World Champion Edition” in the port of Monaco – fittingly for the start of the Monte Carlo Rally, which Ogier has already won ten times and is now attempting for the eleventh time.

Driving modes developed according to Ogier's preferences

After completion of the development phase, the special model will be limited to 200 units worldwide, of which 100 vehicles will go to Europe.

The GR Yaris Aero Performance serves as the basis, which has been equipped with two special all-wheel drive modes for the special edition.

The “SEB” mode operates with a torque distribution of 40:60 between the front and rear axles and ensures a rear-biased driving behavior with precise steering response.

The “Morizo” mode – named after Toyota boss Akio Toyoda and his racing driver pseudonym – maximizes traction and cornering dynamics through full axle locks under load and adaptive locking during braking.

Ogier preferred these settings based on rally experience, which is why they were incorporated into the special edition model.

Tricolor details inside and out

Visually, the edition stands out thanks to the new "Black Gravite" paint finish, which Toyota developed for its 2025 motorsport activities. Matte black wheels and brake calipers in Ogier's signature blue complete the design.

The radiator grille features a subtle tricolor motif as a tribute to France. Inside, red, blue, and gray contrast stitching runs throughout the interior.

The revised GR sports steering wheel is more compact and is based on the layout of the GR Yaris Rally2.

The vertical handbrake lever features an exclusive leather cover with grey stitching. A numbered plaque documents its membership in the limited series. A digital instrument display shows special graphics for the two driving modes.

Toyota emphasizes that the vehicle shown is still a development prototype and details may change before series production.
