Guardmine is positioning itself in the growing IoT (Internet of Things) market. A crowd investing campaign was recently launched on Conda, allowing investors to participate in the emerging technology.
Anyone who invests in the first three weeks will receive an attractive early bird interest rate of 5,50 percent per annum – the project is backed by the young high-tech start-up called GerdBox GmbH from Leoben, Styria in Austria.
The portable security solution is controlled via a smartphone app, which – like many other components of the Guardmine – was developed in Austria. At the same time, the Guardmine functions as a practical sound system thanks to the Bluetooth speakers integrated into the housing.
Another function is the portable charging station with integrated battery, which offers enough capacity to power several devices. Thanks to the video surveillance function and the integration of a microphone, the Guardmine can also be used as a baby monitor.
