The Spanish boutique hotel group completes its unique dual-destination on 800 hectares.
The family-run Vestige Collection has now opened its second hotel on Menorca: Vestige Binidufà is nestled in a lush valley in the sparsely developed north of the island and complements the already opened sister hotel Son Ermità to create a rare double destination.
Together, the two properties cover approximately 800 contiguous hectares of landscape – extending down to three pristine bays on the north coast.
Two houses, one cohesive experience
Guests experience both houses as a single, interconnected destination. Son Ermità sits elevated on a hill, while Binidufà nestles in a sheltered valley – two contrasting perspectives on the same landscape, linked by hiking trails, restaurants, and shared retreats.
Guests can move freely between the two houses and discover Menorca's characteristic red earth, expansive pastures with herds of cattle, and a silence that has become rare in today's travel.

Architecture and design in harmony with nature
The interiors of Binidufà consistently reflect the unique character of the valley. Natural materials, warm earth tones, and a handcrafted design create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
From terraces and gardens, the view opens up to the surrounding landscape – the atmosphere is intimate, yet the vastness is always palpable.

Camí de Cavalls and birdwatching
A curated program of experiences allows guests to discover the unique character of the north. Hikes along the historic Camí de Cavalls lead directly from the property along the coast to secluded coves such as Cala en Calderer or Cala Pilar.
Guided nature observations around Binidufà also offer insights into the local flora and fauna – including native birds of prey such as the Egyptian vulture and the red kite.

Between plant-based food and French heritage
Culinary offerings in this dual-destination resort feature different concepts. The Mesura restaurant in Binidufà focuses on plant-based cuisine, while the Brisa restaurant in Son Ermità incorporates influences from Menorca's French-influenced past.
The offering is complemented by private dining experiences in special locations on the property, as well as bars with cocktails and non-alcoholic creations that combine international influences with flavors of the island.

Cinema under the sky and stars over Menorca
After sunset, the rhythm of both houses changes. Open-air cinema evenings and stargazing sessions at Son Ermità – inspired by Menorca's Arab heritage and the Mediterranean tradition of navigation and astronomy – complete the evening program.
Rooms at Vestige Binidufà are available from €650 per night for two people, including breakfast. Further information and reservations can be found at vestigecollection.com/son-ermita-binidufa.
