The Bulova Marine Star has been one of the most sought-after models from the renowned watch manufacturer for years. Now, the developers have fundamentally redesigned the popular model – both visually and technically.

With the new Marine Star Series B, Bulova is bringing three variants to the European market that master everyday life just as confidently as underwater use.

New design, more technology

The core of the revision for the Timepiece The caliber 8215 is a self-winding, hand-wound automatic movement that offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours at full winding height.

The average accuracy is +/- 20 seconds per day. Add to that a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and water resistance up to 20 bar, and the new Marine Star becomes a serious sports watch.

The stainless steel case measures 41 mm in diameter and 12,8 mm in height – a size that looks sporty without being too bulky. The unidirectional rotating bezel with an aluminum insert and a two-tone minute scale has also been redesigned.

Three models on offer

The crowns are screw-down, and all three models feature a glass case back offering a view of the automatic movement. The sunburst dials in black, blue, and green, along with the striking, luminous hands and hour markers, ensure excellent legibility.

The black version (Ref. 98B465) comes with a rubber strap (Hydrogenated Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber) and, at 399 euros, is the cheapest of the three new products.

Both models in green (Ref. 98B471) and blue (Ref. 98B466), however, are equipped with a high-quality H-Link stainless steel bracelet and safety folding clasp and cost 449 euros each.

Current availability

All three models of the Bulova Marine Star Series B will be available from spring 2026 at selected Bulova dealers and in the online shop at de.bulova.com.

These models can become the ideal companion in everyday life and during any sporting activity – in and out of the water.

Bulova has existed since 1875, founded in New York in the USA. Today the brand belongs to the Japanese Citizen Holdings.
