Styling wet hair with a flat iron has always been a quick and effective way to add a little more shine and smoothness to your look. But be careful!

This process was only suitable for real experts and professionals – and a number of precautions had to be taken to ensure that the hair was not damaged.

This is now over and GHD will make all ladies happy from now on!

Air Fusion technology combines the power of a precise airflow (hairdryer) with the performance of actively heated styling plates (straighteners) to achieve smooth, supple and shiny styling.

This means that it is compatible with the GHD Duet Style possible to go directly from wet to styled hair.

Door Design Minela Fisic has taken a look at the new beauty aid and tested it extensively.

She says: "Styling wet hair? Yes, it really works well. It's made possible by the styling chamber, a combination of internal aerodynamics and four intelligent low-temperature plates that dry and style."

How the GHD Duet Style works

1. Wet

Start with freshly washed, towel-dried hair.

2. Hold

Section the hair and hold the GHD Duet Style at the roots for two to three seconds per strand.

3rd speed

Glide the tool from roots to ends and repeat the process until hair is dry.

4. Shine Shots

Perfect your dried hair at the touch of a button with the special Shine Shot mode.

Minela Fisic ment: "I'm really impressed with how simple it is and I'm happy about the time saved when styling. Now every user can style their wet hair at home straight away."
